There are many aspects of comparison:
Fees:- Being a government college it's obvious REC Sonbhadra has less fees than the both other private colleges. Locality:- Locality of REC is very poor in comparison to bbdnitm and srcem but it's full of natural beauty situated at hills during rainy season weather became so pleasant now it's upto you. Placement:- Rec Sonbhadra has a great achievement in off campus placement in last year you can check on website, atmosphere of coding and placement is touching the peak. Well, Prestige Institute of Gwalior give admission on a merit basis. You can easily get admission there by just filling out the application forms. The fees would be around 70-80K and no limit on seats. You can get admission if you fulfill the eligibility criteria which are 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with maths, physics or equivalent.

I think you should go for SS Jain Subodh as it provides better placement opportunities and this is the foremost thing for any college.
