BTech is a four-year programme divided into eight semesters. Admission to BTech is based on JEE Main, HUAET or CUET rank and eligibility criteria set by the university. MTech is a two-year programme offered at Haridwar University in various specialisations. Candidates who have completed bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field with at least 60% aggregate can apply for any of the M.Tech specialisations. Check the specialisations below:

The total fee for BTech (Hons) ranges between INR 4.57 Lacs and INR 4.97 lakh. The fee includes annual fee for each year.  The total fee excludes a tuition fee of INR 62,000. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.
