Eternal University conducts its own entrance examination for BSc Hons in Agriculture and BSc in Nursing programmes. The admission cell of the University releases the schedule for the entrance examination. Minimum qualifying marks for appearing in the entrance examination is 50%.

Candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination in Science stream with relevant subjects with minimum 50% aggregate can apply for admission to the BSc Hons at Eternal University in most of the specialisations. However, the University conducts its own entrance examination for BSc Hons in Agriculture and BSc in Nursing programmes.
