Yes, students can get admission in ICFAI Hyderabad BTech without appearing for JEE exam. The university offers seats through the Admission Test for ICFAI Tech - ATIT exam. Hence, no other exam is required for admissions incuding JEE Mains.

But with the right strategy and some practice, students can get admission in the university. IFHE admission chances are on a moderate level of difficulty.
