B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) - Batch of 2028
2.4
It is a decent college with academic support and basic facilities.
Placements: Placements are good in this college. A few good companies visit the college, as they mentioned. High-paying jobs are rare in college. The average package offered ranges from 4-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies that hire students from the college are Airtel, Cisco, etc. It is mostly preferred for CSE and CSE AI ML batches.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good, and half of it is in development. The hostel is not working. The library is good and decent, but few students visit it. Few labs are good, but not all. Our college infrastructure is not completely built, and it has been under development since I entered.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They help in the course curriculum. They are well-qualified and useful for subjects. Their teaching experience is also good. Internal exams are conducted by the college twice, and the final exams are conducted by GU. Internal and semester exams are not that tough if we study.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2025
4.0
Faculty, course curriculum, and examination system review.
Placements: The top recorded package in recent years was 19 LPA in 2025, with an average of 7 to 8 LPA. Placement rate was 80 to 90%, though the exact number varies by year and branch. Top recruiters were Adobe, IBM, TCS, and Wipro. Students also get offer smaller IT firms and startups with packages of 4 to 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Dronacharya College of Engineering is decent and satisfactory, suitable for students pursuing engineering in a private college setup. The campus is of moderate size, clean and well-maintained, with greenery and proper pathways that create discipline.
Faculty: The faculty is moderately good with a mix of experienced and young teachers. In departments like Computer Science and IT, many faculty members are well qualified and supportive. They help students with doubts, internal assessments, and project work, so students are expected to do self-study to understand concepts.
Other: All over the college is good and it is only for studying.

The future students are going to like this college a lot.
Placements: Not all students get placed, but slowly more and more companies are coming, bringing more and more opportunities for jobs, and the packages are average around 3-6 LPA for most of the companies. Some good companies offer better packages around 7-8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average and good overall for everyone; not very fancy like the "Student of the Year" type, lol, but it is decent enough for everyone to fit in nicely. Recently, all classes got AC and smart boards for better performance and study experience.
Faculty: All the teachers are really good overall. This college is just for studies, and it gets results from students too. It has really nice teachers who are Ph.D. holders and have impressive qualifications overall.
Other: There are many events, but as I said, overall, it is a college that is more focused on studies rather than anything else.

I am having a great experience.
Placements: It's CSE-AIML, artificial intelligence and machine learning, which works on machine learning concepts that open the path for posts like data analytics, data scientists, and many more. I would suggest that you take admission in this course. It's a great choice.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. It has air-conditioned classes, comfortable seating, and digital display boards where teachers add their pendrive and provide us with a visual explanation about models. It has great library, great canteens, and great infrastructure so go for it.
Faculty: Mostly faculty members are experienced and have a high qualification degree which gives us confidence, and our future is in the right hands. There are 2 types of exams in this college. Internal exams have sessional exams and pre-university exams. Main exams have university external exams.

If you want another chance in life to make it better, you can come.
Placements: Currently there are very less number of students which have been placed till now. But the college is working on this. Average package is about 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Internship is good. You can join it via college or on your own or by any reference. You can come and trust the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good, AC classrooms, digital display boards, study via presentations, and practical implementation of code on the board desks are pretty good, decent, and comfortable. You can't come here for a good experience. Canteens are great.
Faculty: 75% of the faculty members are highly educated and have a great experience in teaching industry. They are well-behaved and have a decent strict nature for the students, but it is important to know days for the students. This course makes the students future-ready because of the generate AI industry.
Other: There are no events and fests. There is 0 college life but a good college for studies.

The college is good enough for the development of your skills.
Placements: There are over 500 students in my batch. The highest package in our college is 55 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. Many companies hire freshers, like Airtel, Adobe and more. 90% of students get internships at our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, from the outside and the inside. We have good classrooms with professional sketchboards and Wi-Fi connections in each classroom. The hostel is permanently closed due to some major issues.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful. They just put pressure on us. They are knowledgeable, but still they don't have basic etiquette on how to talk to students. They are always shouting and complaining about students. The semester exams are not that difficult. An average student can easily pass them.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a cloud and web developer, which will help me enhance and polish my skills. The course can be improved by providing practical experiences related to real-life situations. There are no major events that take place in our college.

It is fantastic to spend time in college due to the faculty.
Placements: The placement cell is the main and best part of this college. The highest package is around 45 LPA, the lowest is around 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The placement percentage is 95%. Teachers also help in bringing opportunities.
Infrastructure: There was a hostel available before COVID, but it is now closed. The building infrastructure is great, it has many architectural awards. The classrooms have full AC and smart boards. There are many labs for electrical, computer, and mechanical students. The canteen is decent but needs to be improved.
Faculty: Teachers help in the exams by providing notes, important questions, and previous year questions before the main university exams. There are two sessional exams for preparation, and the faculty helps in all ways. The pass percentage is nearly 90%, and it provides assignments.
Other: I chose this course at this college because the placement is very good compared to the nearby colleges.

I would rate 6 out of 10 for the college and could be considered as a last option.
Placements: Less than 50% of students get placements because the market is full of engineers. I would recommend students pursue something good, which adds value to their life and earn money. We have to make our contacts outside the college and then we can find a good job or internship, but do not depend on this college. Students should fight for themselves, and earn the job.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms have 2 air-conditioners with good benches and smartboards. The canteen is not that special so I would recommend students bring their good food so that they can have their meal. There are 2 canteens at our college. The main canteen is decent but the 2nd canteen(Aunty Wali canteen) is good, momos, fries, coffee, etc., there is everything that we want.
Faculty: Faculty members are decent and well-educated. They will make you bore a lot and that's why many students argue with them and get into trouble after that. HODs will make us feel like we are worthless. Students can make good friends and live their college days outside the college like chilling with their friends. We have to study on our own.
