Yes.definitely.If these programmes lead to actual exchange, joint projects or research with Japanese universities, they can add international exposure and practical experience to an engineering student's profile. Galgotias already has student-exchange programmes and India - Japan academic exchange activities.

Students at Galgotias University can explore internships through industry tie-ups, the placement cell, projects, and internship drives. Opportunities are available across areas like IT, engineering, management, finance, and other fields, depending on the student's course and skills.

For the 2026 admission cycle, the application fee is around ₹750 for BBA and ₹950 for PGDM/MBA.

When I was at GIBS, the application process was pretty straightforward. You fill in the form, pay the application fee and then continue with the admission process.

The fee is separate from the actual course fee. Overall, GIBS keeps the application process quite simple, which made it easier for students to apply without much hassle.

I studied at GIBS, and even in my batch, students had come through different entrance exams. So you're not stuck with CAT alone, which makes the admission process a bit easier for students with different exam backgrounds.

Overall, GIBS gives you multiple routes for admission, and that flexibilit

It could add more than just international exposure—students may get opportunities for exchange programmes, joint research, industry interaction and learning from Japanese academic practices, making the overall learning experience more global and practical.

Students should explore student exchange and mobility, joint research, green hydrogen and clean energy, healthcare education, technology development, and Japan-linked career opportunities. These areas are specifically reflected in the recent Yamanashi–Galgotias engagement.
