Yes; you still have a very good chance of getting admission at Lovely Professional University even if you did not qualify JEE Main. JEE is not compulsory for admission in most programs at LPU because the university also conducts its own entrance exam called LPUNEST, and in some cases admission can be based on your 12th marks as well. No, we cannot say you will have a confirmed chance of admission to Anna University if you meet the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET cutoff. But, if you do clear the cutoff, your chances of admission will be increased depending on your category and the course you have chosen.
For example, for the General HS category, admissions were capped at a rank of 72606 according to the Anna University AP EAMCET cutoff 2025. Hence, you need at least 72606 rank to be eligible for admission; the lower your rank is than this, the higher your chance of admission.
Note: Other categories, courses, rounds, etc., will have different cutoffs.
