National Institute of Technology, Goa allot seats in the M.Tech programmes through CCMT counselling. Candidates who meet the course cutoff mark become eligible for seat allotment. PSG College of Technology BTech has a placement cell that conducts extensive training for students to help them face campus interviews. This training begins as early as the third year of the course. In addition to this, the college allows students to intern during the 5th semester. This has resulted in students being offered pre-placement offers (PPOs) as well. This has resulted in the placement scenario being quite successful at the institute, with almost 100% students from various departments being placed.
