South Asian University has specified a refund policy for UG and PG courses. Students who wish to get refund need to fill out the google form available on the university's website. Below are the details for fee refund policy:

  • If a candidate withdraws from the course up to the commencement of the Monsoon Semester, he or she will be eligible for refund of all deposits/fees paid after a deduction of the admission fee of USD 200
  • Candidates withdrawing within 15 days of commencement of monsoon semester will be eligible for 50% refund of semester fee and 75% of security deposit. Admission fee and student-aid fund shall not be refunded

The basic eligibility for all the UG, PG, and doctoral programmes at RNTU Bhopal is merit in the last qualifying examination. However, the selection of candidates for all the courses is basis the scores obtained by the candidates in the AISECT Joint Entrance Exam (AJEE), a university-level entrance exam. The candidates must pass Class 12 for admission to UG courses with 45% aggregate and a graduation degree with 50 % aggregate for admission to PG.

However, there is no mention of an offline mode of application for admissions into the MBA courses offered by MDU. Candidates who wish to apply for MBA admissions at MDU in offline mode are advised to contact the university officials to learn how to do so.

The last date to apply for the 2025 MBA admissions at MDU CPAS was July 3, 2025. The merit list for the MBA admissions was released in July.

No, the admissions for MBA courses at MDU CPAS have been closed for the year 2025. The last date to registerfor the MBA courses at MDU CPAS was on 3rd July 2025. The registrations were opened 12th June 2025. Candidates who managed to apply during this window were examined for the merit list released on 7th July 2025 for MBA admissions at MDU CPAS.

No, candidates do not require a business degree before they can get admissions into the MBA course offered by MDU CPAS. For the standard MBA course, candidates are required to clear an undergraduate programme from any domain with a minimum score of 50%. For the integrated courses, the candidates need to clear their Class 12 board exams from any stream.

No, candidates interested in MBA course offered by MDU CPAS do not need to possess work experience to be eligible for admissions. Candidates who wish to take admissions into MDU MBA courses are only required to comply with the eligibilitycriteria set by the university to gain admissions at MDU CPAS. Whether candidates with work experience are given preference at MDU admissions is currently unknown.
