The admission process designed by MMMUT for the BBA course starts with the application process. During this process, students are invited to fill out the application form and show their interest in joining the course. Moreover, it enquires about basic student details.
Once the application stage is completed, the admissions committee ranks applicants based on scores obtained in the CUET UG exam. After that, the university allocates BBA seats via a counselling process. At last, those who get selected for admissions must report to the university for verification of documents and payment of fees.

Yes, Sanaka Educational Trust's Group of Institutions has a placement cell. It helps students with training, interview preparation, and placement opportunities. Many well-known companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys visit the campus for recruitment. The average salary package is around 3 to 4 Lacs per year, and the highest package can go up to 6 or even 12 Lacs in some cases. Around 60–90% of students get placed, depending on the course. Students have said that the placement cell is active and supportive.
