Admission to BNYS at Sree Ramakrishna Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences is merit-based. There is no requirement to qualify for any entrance exam. Students who passed Class 12 are offered seats to the programme based on the counselling process conducted by Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy.
