The placement is amazing—just wow! About 76% of students get placed in a year. The average package in the college is around 32,00,000 P.A, which is a substantial amount. The top recruiting companies visit for student selection during placements. Companies like Deloitte, Axis, ICICI and many others visit our college to offer placements for students. Prestige Institute of Management and Research (Deemed to be University) does not offer undergraduate placements, but postgraduate placements are good here.

Prestige Institute of Management and Research (Deemed to be University) is a well-known university in Indore. Some says its one of the best autonomous institute of India, Prestige Institute of Management and Research (Deemed to be University) is recognised by AICTE, UGC, and BCI. It was established in 1994, is affiliated with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

According to the IET Lucknow cutoff for Round 1 in 2023, the closing ranks for all BTech specialisations ranged between 36086 and 94805. The most competitive specialisation has been B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) with a closing rank of 36086, followed by B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with a 51075 rank for the General category students.

If you wish to know about the branches of B.Tech with more placements at IET Lucknow, then it would generally be branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT). About 65% of students are placed at AKTU, with the highest package being INR 19 LPA and the lowest being INR 3.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro offer placements.

Almost 45% of the students got their placements in top companies, with the highest salary package offered being 45 LPA and the lowest salary package offered being 5 LPA in the previous year.

According to Times of India it is reported that total number of 70,000 seats were allocated for the B.Tech students at the Institute of Engineering and Technology AKTU. 

However only 30,000 candidates have registered and the rest 40,000 remain vacant after several poorly-resourced engineering colleges shut, culling thousands of seats.

In 2021-22, AKTU had 1.34 Lacs BTech seats,   according to the Times of India 44,384 seats remained vacant.

Candidates  should appear for the CUET PG exam, conducted by NTA. The university does not conduct any separate entrance examination for the same.

 For the final selection, AKTU will conduct the counselling session for seat allocation.

 Eligibility criteria for the admission in the AKTU MBA programme candidates must complete their gradiation with 50% marks.

AKTU placements 2023 reports are being released gradually, but the complete statistics are yet to be made public on the official website.

Since the start of the placement season, a total of 7,000 students are registered in the campus placement drive for the year 2023 at the various affiliated colleges under it. The university has maintained a 90% placement record, offering salary packages ranging from Rs 1 Lacs per annum to as high as Rs 20 Lacs per annum. 

For the year 2022, the AKTU the highest placement was Rs 1.13 crore per annum, offered by Amazon.

AKTU provides the B.Tech degree with 41 different specializations

Duration - four years.

• AKTU takes an entrance exam viz. UPSEE for entry in the B.Tech courses.
• AKTU also approves 20% of aspirants based on JEE Main score as per the State Government criteria.

Eligibility norm -

 Candidates should have finished their 12th standard exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 45% marks or more ( 40% score or more SC/ST) from an identified board.
