No, Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology admission are done through entrance exam and REAP counselling. The accepted exam is JEE Mains. There is no officially announced direct admission without entrance.

No, B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering is not offered at Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering and Technology (DYPIET), Pune.
According to available course information, DYPIET mainly offers traditional engineering branches like Computer, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, and related fields. There is no dedicated Biomedical Engineering program at this institute.
