First of all, Hooghly Institute of Technology is a different college. It is a government Diploma college, but HETC is a government aided degree college, so I am not quite sure about the placement records of this college.

Hi,
Trinity stands at the top of the list of CSE colleges in the world ranking and the fee for Master's degree ranges between 12 to 15,000 Euros apart from the cost of living and other expenses.

Hi Pratik,
The NUI Galway's MBA is an executive MBA program, part time program and requires applicant to have at least three years of professional, administrative or business experience. You must also take GMAT and IELTS (6.5 with no section less than 5.5).

Both the colleges are not counted among top colleges. They are Tier 3 colleges probably. You can choose between them on the basis of location, fee, etc.
