if one is getting akg easily and going for gl bajaj leaving akg would do big mistake,as akg is among top college (private) in UPTU.

College atmosphere is quite positive. The infrastructure of the college is nice. There are separate building for each department. It's a lush green campus. It is situated near the city.
Placements are pretty decent.
For an average students it is not a bad option

NITs are always good to go institutions for engineering after IITs in India. If you're getting NIT then you should join without giving much thought to it. DTU is also equally good but not as NITs.
