Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University is a state university located in Katra, Jammu and Kashmir. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University is approved by UGC and was established in 1999. It is ranked 151 for overall by NIRF IN 2023. University releases cut off scores every year on official website of university. Students can check their cutoff scores according to the courses they want to pursue. For insight let me give you cutoff of some courses in 2023:

Yes, you can easily get admission into Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University with 60% marks in class 12th. Many other courses offered by university requires 50% marks in class 12th. Like, for admission in B.Tech individual requires 60% marks in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsary subjects whereas for admission in B.Arch individual requires only 50% marks in class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsary subjects.

Candidates must have taken their Class 12 Exam or any comparable qualifying examination in 2023 or have passed their Class 10+2 Exam or equivalent in 2020 or 2021 with at least 50% of their total marks from a recognised board to be eligible.Also, admission to MBA Course is done on the basis f CAT or MAT percentile. It should be between 80 to 90 percentile for admission in Shri Vaishno Devi University for MBA course.
