The admission date for Diploma courses after 10th in colleges in Jammu, specifically for paramedical Diploma courses, is April 19, 2025. The Common Entrance Test for these courses is also on April 19, 2025. For other Diploma programs, the JKBOPEE website provides more details on admission dates and exam dates for various courses.

Common Entrance Test through SKUAST-Jammu. ICAR quota through All India Counselling by ICAR after CUET conducted by NTA. VCI quota through NEET and on the basis of list provided by the VCI through their counselling portal.SKUAST Jammu conducts SKUAST-J Common Entrance Test for admission to UG, PG and PhD courses.Minimum aggregate marks at 10+2 not less than 50% for OM and 40% for reserved category candidates for all UG Degree Programmes. 2. Minimum age of 17 years and maximum of 28 years as on 31-12-2025 for all UG Degree Programmes. 3. Candidate who have appeared or are likely to appear in 10+2 Examination can also apply.

The planned beginning of first semester courses at Government College for Women Parade depends on when CUET UG 2025 results are released at their tentative timing of July 2025. CUET UG registration lasted from March 1 through March 22, 2025 before the May 8 through June 1, 2025 examination period. Following result declarations the college will implement the admission process which will eventually lead to upcoming classes.

IUST Awantipora and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) are well-known universities offering MBA in Jammu & Kashmir. The tuition fees for IUST Awantipora MBA courses range between INR 1.24 Lacs and INR 2.74 lakh. On the other hand, the MBA fees at SMVDU range between INR 3.2 Lacs and INR 3.5 lakh. Comparing the two, IUST Awantipora seems to be the more affordable option for pursuing an MBA. The mentioned fees are sourced from the official websites of the universities.
