IIT Dhanbad cutoff 2023 cut off was 7784 for General category candidates in All India quota for BTech in Electrical Engineering. IIT Dhanbad (ISM) Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) admissions 2024 are based on IIT2 Main 2024 ranks followed by JEE Advanced ranks and further followed by JoSAA Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech must appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced in order to be eligible for further admission process. The cutoff trend for B.Tech at NIT Jamshedpur has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 22174. In 2023, it decreased to 20752. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from

NIT Jamshedpur will release 7-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
The JEE Main score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 18054 and closing rank was 20752 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 27093 and 29194. Admission to Electrical Engineering in NIT Jamshedpur is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
