The total tuition fee for BSc courses at Jai Narain Vyas University ranges from INR 2,5000 to INR 79,300. The total tuition fee for BSc courses at Jaipur National University ranges from INR 80,200 to INR 5 lakh. Hence, it clearly can be seen that JNVU Jodhpur is more affordable than Jaipur National University for BSc courses. However, the fee structure can be only one component that candidates consider while comparing universities, but several factors can be taken into account while choosing the best university/college, such as placement packages, seats, ranking of that particular institute, affiliation, accreditation, etc.

The process of obtaining admission to MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur should be considered difficult when aiming for EWS rank 618 in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) which represents a high-demand field. The 85th percentile has historically established the CSE admission cutoff standards for the EWS category during JEE Mains. The cutoff rank changes every year because of the number of applicants and seat availability and entire candidate performance together influence this change.

Being ranked 2,88,000 and 80 percentile in JEE Mains, getting into MBM Jodhpur might be difficult, as cutoff ranks for the most sought-after branches such as Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering are quite low. Your chances will be better though if you belong to the reserved category, or if there are vacant seats in the state quota for students from Rajasthan. Since you said you have an 89.6 percentile in RBSE 12th you can also consider state-level counseling or management quota, which might be beneficial in terms of opportunities It's also better to keep yourself abreast of the official counseling process and go through last yea

Having 80.7 percentile in JEE Mains and having an OBC rank of 100521, getting a seat for B.Tech in CSE in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, would be hard. The cut-offs in reputed colleges for CSE are much higher, and your rank can fail to provide for general seats and even a few reserved seats. Nonetheless, you would have better chances in other types of engineering where the demand is less. Checking with the college directly about cutoff trends for a particular year would be advisable as well as scouting out other chances such as through management quota.
