Yes, both are good. Their infrastructure, placement, teachers, courses are very good. The facilities inside the institutions are also good. Faculty is coordinating. All the things are equally good. However, it may be said the JB offer many courses as compared to JIET, so one can choose the institute which has one's  preferred courses.

JIET Group of Institutions has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

UG DiplomaFor General and OBC (Upper Age Limit is 25 years as on 01/07/2021), for SC and ST (Upper Age Limit is 28 years as on 01/07/2021)
B.Sc.Candidate must have passed 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects from recognised education board.
Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
Candidates appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can apply on provisional basis.
For candidate from General, General (EWS) and OBC categories, upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.07.2022. Candidate born on or after July 01, 1997 are eligible.
In the case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates and Physically challenged candidate, upper age limit is 28 years as on 01.07.2022. That is SC/ST
and Physicallly challenged candidate born on or after July 01, 1994 are eligible.
Candidate will have to submit a physical fitness certificate of carrying out practical classes as required in the course at the time of admission from a Registered Medical Practitioner in the prescribed format.

B.E. / B.TechCandidate passed D.Voc in the same or allied sector from any recognised institute/board are also eligible to apply.
M.E./M.TechCandidate must have completed B.E. or B.Tech in Computer / Information Technology, MCA (mathematics as optional in UG)/M.Sc. (Info. Tech.)/M.Sc. (Comp.Sc.) from RTU or any other recognised University/Institution or any other examinations recognised as equivalent thereto by the competent authority.Candidate must have minimum 55% (6.25 CGPA on 10 points scale and equivalent) marks in the qualifying degree examination (50% or 5.75 CGPA on 10 points scale of relaxation is admissible for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates with qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognised by MHRD/UGC/AIU/UPSC/AICTE {e.g. AMIE by Institute ofEngineers (India); AMICE by Institute of Civil Engineers (India); IEE} as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech. are also eligible.
After 10th DiplomaCandidate must have passed class 10th examination or its equivalent with Science and Mathematics subjects and secured at least 35% marks from a recognised board.
