yes ,you can easily take admission in lateral entry of btech but for this you have to know before hand
how the college takes admission directly or through state or national level exam and secure good rank to get preferred branch

No, you are not eligible for BTC, because for BTC you have required 50% in graduation. If you want to become teacher, you can do PPT at class 12th level.
