It is just not possible at any college. Entrance exam is a must as per AICTE norms and you are advised to follow that blindly. CAT/CMAT/ MH-CET is accepted at Donbosco.

Yes you can join in christ university and then take B.Com even if you took CEC in intermediate. There is no issue.
