Tamilnadu government had disbanded any type of entrance test for admissions to engineering colleges in Tamilnadu since last year. Hence good score or bad score in JEE Mains has actually no impact on your possibility of admission in any college in Tamilnadu. What matters most is the performance of a student in his class 12th board since these marks only are the criteria for deciding on the merit list of the students and ultimately the possibility of admission. Of course the management quota seats in private colleges are out of this purview and you can seek Admission under this quota based on your JEE Mains percentile score. Best wishes.

There is no admission procedure mentioned, but you can go to the college and apply directly. Only criteria is that you should be a graduate from a recognized institute.
