The result of the semester examination at MES College of Engineering is issued within 30-45 days upon the conclusion of the respective examinations. Though the precise date changes every semester, still, it will be by the calendar set by the Kerala Technological University generally. Results can be accessed in the college website or through an examination cell that manages this entire process of conducting and then reporting on the examinations. The authorities should provide the students with official notifications regarding the dates when the results will be declared.

Admission takes place mainly through the marks scored in KEAM entrance exam. Students who are interested can register online to appear for KEAM, generally available in January every year. After the results of KEAM, candidates can seek their seat through counseling. The KEAM cutoff is different with respect to courses and categories for MES College of Engineering. For the 2023 session, the closing rank varied around 24,885 to 27,668 in the first round for different branches. Some course-specific and counseling round-specific cutoffs are not known to me. They are brought out by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala, after each round of counseling. Candidates must refer to the official website of KEAM for cut-off marks and ranks.
