Class 12 in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects is the basic eligibility for BArch at NIT Calicut. Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination from a recognised board. Moreover, aspirants must have the relevant documents as well as a proof of eligibility.

SC/ST/PwD category candidates need a minimum of 55% aggregate to be eligible for the course. Candidates whose results are awaiting can also take the JEE Main exam.
