NID that Entrance Syllabus for prelims include topics like Drawing fundamentals, Innovation in design, Theme development, Exercises on imagination, Graphics & pictograms, Principles of composition, Design theory, etc. So there is no any relation between CET and NID that exam syllabus. Please prepare separately.

It all depends upon your branch, your board percentage and of course your caste. So if at all you are of OBC category with 92 % in board exam then 160 marks would be enough to get admission in some of the decent branch like Mech, EEE, civil. But for ECE and CSE it might be a bit more ranging from 180-190.

To stand eligible for the B. Lib. ISC. Course, the candidates should be complete their Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50-55% marks. Some colleges also require the students to sit for an entrance examination before they qualify for admission to that particular college. Course fees is around INR 2,000-50,000.
