Hi,
Your writing IELTS score isn't good so there's no chance of you getting admission, as you need at least 6 bands in each component and minimum 6.5 overall. Retake the exam then there's a chance.

If you are planning to change college mid course, you would have to get approval from your planned college and present college. And yes supplementary would be a problem. Talk to your college authorities on whether they are flexible with the supplementary issue.

SRKR and VVIT have the same placement opportunities and Vishnu also provides better placements but not more than the other two colleges. As per the academics and placements, all the three colleges are equal and it is your interest to choose the college.

See branch also matters, all things don't depend on College rankings. If one College has a higher ranking then you can not blindly choose any branch. First of all go with your interest, in which field you are interested, then choose other things.
