Minimum Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses:
Only Indian citizens are eligible to take admission in UG courses offered at IIST. Candidates meet IIST admission eligibility criteria, if they have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks in their Class 12th Board exams or equivalent examination. Hello Gokulrajan, from this year onwards, NTA will decide ranking and cutoff based on percentile and not on raw marks scored in JEE Mains. Hence I feel what you are quoting as marks must be percentile or it must be given separately. For a general category student, your percentile is a bit on the lower side and I am afraid that it would be tough to get admission in any NIT.
