The admission for B.Tech lateral programs are based on entrance tests conducted by the concerned state technical boards. In Kolkata (WB) the JELET is the entrance test for B.Tech lateral admission. Similarly in Delhi, The Delhi technological University offers B.Tech lateral programs through common entrance test. Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with ease. Even in the first counselling, you can get this college, but I'll prefer you to choose the core branch of this college, as in the non-core branch, you might be a topper, but the thing is that you can't be able to get the placements.
