The SIM offers two post-graduate level courses in the field of Business administration or Management with multiple specialisation options. Admission to the flagship MBA course is entrance-based. The institute also offers a five-year integrated MBA course that combines both UG and PG studies. Apart from UG and PG courses, the SIM has Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and PhD in Management which are the doctoral level courses. The SIM admission criteria varies for each course. Saintgits Institute of Management is affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram. The college offers PG programmes such as MBA Regular, MBA Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and the Integrated MBA as well as the Doctorate Programs in Management (PhD & FPM).

The college has released the names of CSE students placed during the 2023 placements, along with the company name in which they were selected. During 2023 placements, 72 CSE students were selected.
