To get into DAVV, candidates must qualify JEE Main to sit for the MP BE counselling process. There is no specific percentage mentioned under the elgibility criteria. However, candidates need to adhere to below eligibility criterias:

Indira Gandhi Engineering College (IGEC) offers only BTech courses. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in Class 12th in a relevant stream. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in JEE Main or the MP BE exam for admission. Candidates meeting all the admission requirements can apply by appearing for the respective counseling or directly filling out the admission form.

Admission to BTech and B.E. courses is based on the MP BE scores, with closing ranks stood between 39760 and 142058 for the General AI category candidates. For General Home State category candidates, the cutoff ranged from 58793 to 157297. To be specific, B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering closed at a rank of 58793, whereas B.E. in Civil Engineering saw its closing rank at 157297. For aformentioned courses, CSE stand out as the most competitive and Civil Engineering stand out as the least competitive programs.

DAVV gives admission to various students for various courses. For BTech courses, JEE Main exam was conducted by the institute for All India and Home State quotas for General and PWD category candidates. For DAVV cutoff 2024, the rank stood between 45829 and 100743 for the General AI category candidates. If we talk about General Home State category candidates, the cutoff lie between 49472 and 117858.

No, it's not that expensive to pursue B.Tech from LJ Institute of Engineering and Technology.
The total tution fees structure is around INR 3L for the whole 4 year course.
So it is less than other colleges and universities.
The exam fees which is INR 6000 per year is included in the same amount.
