DA-IICT offers admission to a student only through JEE All India Rank. So, I'm sorry you don't have a chance in DA where the last year's cut-off was around 12K and I have no clue about the admission system of the other institutes you have mentioned above.

If some college is calling you without any exam, GD and PI, then it is understood that they don't have students to fill their seats, so they are asking students to directly come and take admission in their college.

You can apply with TANCET registration number in SSN application form. You can update the application with any number of test scores till you get a call for GD/PI.

Till last year, admissions were based on entrance exam conducted by Anna University. But from this year onwards this has changed. It will be based on marks obtained in 12th. Due to this cutoffs of last year have lost all relevance. And I am sure your exam of 12th also is over. So, just don't worry. Relax and wait for results to be announced.

Yes you can do M.Sc Mathematics in that university, but you have to appear for entrance test.
