You can get a seat in Manipal without giving the examination. If you're an NRI or if you have an NRI sponsor check out the criteria at https://www.manipal.edu/mu.html.

Citizenship: Indian Nationals can apply under the General Category. Foreign nationals or Non Resident Indians or Indian nationals supported by NRI relatives can apply under the Foreign/NRI Category.
Qualification: Pass in BSc Cardiac Care/Cardiovascular Technology for those seeking admission to MSc Echocardiography from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks
ADMISSIONS
General Category: Admissions for MSc Echocardiography is done on the
basis of marks obtained in the departmental entrance test.

-There's but just one way to crack any exam (except maybe jee advance) to prepare all your topics, get atleast the basics cleared.
- There *might* be quite a few simple topics not taught in class which would be included in MU OET, see their syllabus, goggle the topics and prepare. But otherwise most of the questions would fall under average category, formula based/ subjective.
-In addition to PCM, you'll have English grammar questions. If you have good English, it'd be a plus point.
-When I gave MU OET, we had to answer 240 questions in 180 minutes. Seems like they have reduced the number of questions to 200 this exam onward.

To study Space Technologies and Research, you should either opt for aeronautical engineering or instrumentation and control engineering. Aeronautical will train you in a lot of relating subjects as well. In India, there are no specific courses for space studies during under-graduation and Manipal offers the best possible combination of subjects through its electives that you would need to take up space studies for higher education.

You should go for Manipal University for B.Com as they have more better environment in every aspects for study, placements, infrastructure etc. Hope you do it at best. Manipal's both campus are good. You should opt for Jaipur it would be better for you. All the best.
