Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology offers several BSc specialisations in different fields/streams. Moreover, the institute does not offer a maximum number of seats in any BSc specialsiations, because the institute offers 20 seats to each BSc specialisation. SMIT only offers 20 seats for each BSc specialisation, which can result in higher competition to secure a seat.

Admissions to SMIT BSc programmes are open early, and students are encouraged to apply early since the institute has limited seats. Applicants can apply before appearing for their final exams.
