The M.Sc Ph.D. Dual Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering is offers at IIT, Bombay only. The minimum educational qualifications for admission is as under :
Any one of Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics for two years/four semesters, and any one of the other four subjects for at least one year/two semesters. In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC (NCL) category candidates and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates. So your JAM-BL score is acceptable in your case.

Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed SSC or HSC and a diploma in engineering or technology or B.Sc or its equivalent from a recognized institution with 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only).
Provided that students belonging to B.Sc category shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/ Engineering.Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with second-year subjects.
You have done B.Sc physics, which comes under science and not engineering, hence you might not be eligible for lateral entry in civil engineering, for more information contact the college authorities.
