For Cabin Crew Training some good institutes are:
1. Flying Queen Air hostess Academy New Delhi

They take admission on direct entry basis.
You should although justify the minimum requirement i.e. 12th with 50% marks in PCM.
You can directly approach them and take admission for CPL Training.

BFC takes admission for CPL Entrants on direct admission basis. You can approach them directly and ask for admission procedures and they shall guide you for the same. You need to have passed class 12th with 50% marks in PCM for joining CPL Training, that is the minimum requirement.

Yes, you can do. But, with this percentage, you won't get a government seat. You can try it in private Colleges.

Yes it is a good flying school. They have got good Instructors and aircrafts. You may join them for pursuing CPL Training. The duration for 200hrs of flying shall have to be discussed with them. Because in monsoon the weather in Mumbai usually remains rainy and least suitable for flying. Although you can clear your DGCA exams for CPL in this duration and start flying after me before or after monsoon.
