For doing MBA you need to decide if it is PGDM or MS you want to go for. So the exams you can appear are CAT, CET, CMAT, NMAT, XAT, SNAP, CMAT, MAT or ATMA. Some of the exams are college specific like NMAT for NMIMS, XAT for XLRI and SNAP for Symbiosis. For PGDM you can appear among any of the exams mentioned above (still check college wise individually) but for MS CET is the exam you need to appear. It would be appreciated if you provide us with more details regarding your background or your field of interest to guide you more properly.

First of all, I would like to clarify that degree name is not MSW rather it is MA in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations. Marks are important not only for eligibility but also it shows your academic excellence. But again, there are lots of other things like TISSNET score, PIT, PI, Work Experience which are major factors in your admission.

I would suggest Shaheed Bhagat Singh College as in TISS, BA Social Sciences course is quite general in nature and it and it is not only political Science but also economics, history, etc. There is no honours degree in BA Social Sciences course in TISS. As you have said that you have a particular interest in political science, I think you should take up BA honours course from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.

It is a branch of Aptech, so they cannot give degree, they will certify you after the training. Go to Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) or SGBT college. They both are equally good. In fact, I have heard that DCACs crowd is very good. Make it your 1st option if not very fond of an all-girls college. SGBT college could be your second option then.
