Mysore university in karnataka is public state University which offers Msc in chemistry through entrance only. Maximum marks in entrance is 50. If you score more than 30, you can get admission. If you score around 25, you may get admission in second allotment

 Going by a comparative analysis based on placements, UVCE will be better for the mechanical branch. Both the colleges are academically very good. The placements for the mechanical branch is UVCE is very good. The placement percentage is nearly 60-70%. The lowest salary offered is nearly INR 3.5LPA and the highest salary being offered is INR 39LPA. University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering is a great college. Placements: In the year 2018, about 80-90% of the students got placed from branches like CSE, ISE and ECE. About 60-70% of the students got placed from core branches like mechanical and electrical.
