You should choose colleges in this order:
1. JSS
2. KIET
3. ABESEC
4. AKGEC

If it's mass companies irrespective of branch placements is good in NIE.
But if its core companies computer science, information science, electronics & communication branches are very good.
For mechanical also, some of the core companies will come like Benz, Bosch, etc. will come.
Regarding electrical core companies, I don't have any idea.
So, I think you got the overview of NIE placements of CS, IS, EC, ME, branches.

Both the fields are different. Choose your interest first whether in mechanical or CSE and then ask for college. All the best.
