and in Karnataka open university, they offer full time and regular course for it.

Hi,
Yes, you can definitely get your admission in J.S.S. Law College as you've already scored more than the aggregate required as the eligibility criteria for LL.B. course and there has been no age limitation prescribed by the UGC/ Bar Council of India for the same.

That's not possible, as every course whether its distance or regular has a maximum time to complete and it's 15 years now, so you have already exceeded the maximum time limit for the course.
