Every private college in Bangalore is having management quota seats. There are no specific requirements, you just need to pay higher than other students. For any kind of details on this topic, you need to talk to the college management only.

Hello Vikash,
Normally, certificates are handed over personally in convocation ceremony. If one can not attend this, then they are sent by post/ courier. I suggest you approach your college staff about this. If no answer then approach concerned institution that is awarding certificate.
