All the admission forms submitted via the Online Admission System are scrutinised and confirmed for admission subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. These forms are processed region wise on a first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, the time required for the processing of forms for different regional centres may vary depending on the number of applicants from the respective region.

- Class 10 and Class 12 mark
- Bachelor's degree certificate and marksheet
- Master's degree certificate and marksheet
- Entrance exam scorecard
- Medical Fitness certificate
- Caste/Category certificate
- Two recent passport size photograph (attested)
- Character certificate
- Migration certificate
- Work experience certificate from the employer for full-time sponsored/part-time candidates only
- Statement of Purpose (SoP) of not more than 300 words
