Provided you have good knowledge about how to study for CAT you need not join a coaching class. YouTube videos, informative articles on the Internet, books of authors like Arun Sharma, etc., can also be referred for study. Classes are helpful only for the guidance, their study material and mock tests.

If you already dropped a year, then why didn't you study? Ask this question to you? May be some serious issue. Sit at a quiet place and decide yourself that do you want to continue with NEET or are you building up interest in some other course.
