CAT is accepted only by Indian colleges. If you want to go abroad for higher studies then I suggest that you should take IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi Viraj,
You may check here for polytechnic colleges in NZ
https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/new-zealand/certificate-diploma-in-business-colleges-cl
Regarding the immigration points etc you have to consult with an immigration officer. This is a portal which will address only the education queries not PR and immigration.
For jobs , I will advice you to keep referring to the labour shortage list on the NZ immigration website.

Yes, it is good. The average package is around 8.5-9 LPA. You can check the list of recruiters by downloading the brochure for the course.

Qualifying to work in New Zealand just got easier. Immigration New Zealand just announced that starting November 21, 2016, you can submit TOEFL iBT score to prove English-language proficiency for the Skilled Migration Category. To qualify for a skilled migration visa, applicants will need to obtain a total score of 79 or greater on the TOEFL test. Applicants can use their score from a TOEFL test they sat for within the last 2 years of the date they submit their application. For more information, please visit the immigration New Zealand website.

Hi Karan,
Unfortunately, without maths, things will be difficult. And secondly, there is no BCA, its a degree in India only. You will find BS degrees in computer related courses, there are plenty. You have to check college websites and email them directly, ask them if you can complete a pre-admission course in maths and then be eligible to apply for a computer course. Check this
