XIM University releases the XGMT results within a week of the exam date. Candidates are able to check the XGMT scores from the scorecard released on the official website. Along with the result declaration, candidates are facilitated with the scorecard download from the login portal. XGMT scorecard is required at the time of admission process. In case candidates misplaces the XGMT scorecard, they must immediately contact the XIM University for a resolution.

The following are the costs for B.Tech programs at Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology:
- Tuition fee: Rs. 70,000.00/Annum
- Development fee: Rs. 15000.00/Annum
- Lab Maintenance fee: Rs. 3000.00/Annum
- Student Activities Fee: Rs .3000 .00/Annum
- Examination fee: Rs .5000.00/Annum
- Training/Industrial Tour Fee : Rs .4000 .00 (One time payment )
-Alumni fee : Rs .1500 .00 (One time payment )
-Caution money which is refundable is also to be paid in one installment by the student amounting to rs 3000.
The total amount payable at the time of admission will be Rs104500/- only.The aggregate fees for four years -year programme
