Electrical Engineering of IIT-Bhubaneswar is better than electrical engineering of IIT-Indore. This is because the establishment of IIT-Bhubaneswar is before than IIT Indore, and the IIT-Bhubaneswar, which are previously established are better and have better placement record than the newly established IIT.

What happens after four years is actually anybody's guess. There will be wide array of opinions. However what matters is how much hard work you have put in while studying. Remember, there is always room at the top. My opinion is that plenty of opportunities will crop up four years from today.
