You should be able to compare various features of the two institutes to help you reach a decision of which is better, and where you would like to pursue.

You should pursue CSE from MNNIT. Just visit www.mnnit.ac.in and check for the placement.
You can also choose Warangal or Trichy.

You may get good colleges (CV Raman, Gandhi Group etc.) give higher preference to college accordingly.

In this condition, you can't get admission in any college. Only students who have passed PCM can pursue B.Tech.

Other state students can also join Vssut Burla through JEE Mans rank. You can apply for the admission if your rank is good then you definitely can get admission.
