Yes, students enrolled in the PIET DPharma programme are required to undergo a mandatory training programme. The DPharma programme is divided into two years. Students, after appearing in the second year of the programme are required to go for three months of practical training.
These trainings are conducted at pharmacy stores approved by PCI. They can also opt to work in a government hospital.
