Those seeking to apply for any of the UG, PG and Diploma courses offered at AKU must fulfil the specified eligibility set by the university. For applying to the undergraduate programmes, students are required to pass Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 45%-50% (depending on the course). The eligibility for the postgraduate programmes requires the students to clear Graduation with a minimum aggregate of 45%-55% (depending on the course). The latest cutoff information for the admission for M.Tech in computer science and engineering at NIT Patna is 6054 for computer science and engineering (Data science)and 7434 for computer science and engineering (cuber security)
These are the cutoff ranks with respect to GATE entrance exam other exams accepted are DASA etc.

NLU Patna admission to B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is based on CLAT scores followed by the CLAT Counselling. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the CLAT Last Allotment list 2024. As per the CNLU Patna CLAT cutoff 2024, the round 5 closing rank for BA LLB (Hons) was 1358 for the students belonging to the General AI category.
