SIBM Pune no doubt is the best college as it is within top 12 colleges of India and have a higher placement average of Rs 14.6 lpa.

No work experience is not mandatory to get into sibm atleast 30 percent students in SIBM are work experienced

rohit gave you list of best colleges in Pune but you will not get admitted there with those marks. You should check last year cuttoff marks the apply for counseling

to take adm. in COEP u should score 185+ marks in mh-CET (if GEN) and also u should be having domicile of maharashtra(compulsory)
